GASP (gasptv.com, "we") is based in Delaware, USA. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What GASP is

GASP is an independent guide. We describe short dramas that are published on other companies' apps and films that are published on other people's channels. We are not owned by, or part of, any of those apps, studios or channels, and their names and artwork belong to them.

Accuracy

• Our figures (episodes, free episodes, prices, view counts, release dates) are read from the apps' public pages. The apps change them without notice, and they can differ by country, device or account. Check the price in the app before you pay.
• We work to keep the site accurate and we correct mistakes openly, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee that every figure is right at the moment you read it.
• Endings and other story details are given as their source states them. We name the source.

Links and purchases

We do not sell dramas, coins or subscriptions. When you follow a link to an app, anything you buy is between you and that app, under its own terms. Some of those links earn us a commission; see how we make money.

Films and videos shown on GASP

Videos play from their makers' own channels through the video service's player. We do not host them, and all rights stay with the makers. If a film of yours is listed and you want it removed, write to [email protected] and we will remove it.

Using our content

• You may quote our figures and findings, including the tables on the research page, if you name GASP and link to the page.
• You may not copy the site or large parts of it, or load it by automated means in a way that burdens it.
• The GASP name, logo and Selection laurel may be used as set out on the press page.

If you submit your work

• You confirm that it is yours, or that you have the right to submit it.
• You allow us to list it: to show its title, your name, a description and still images, and to play it from your own channel through that channel's player.
• We re-cut or re-post your footage only if you have said we may, and only where you have said.
• You keep every right to your work. The permission is not exclusive, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
• We may decline or remove a listing.

Ratings and other things you send us

Please rate honestly and do not try to manipulate ratings. We may remove ratings that look automated.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on the site, from the apps and channels we link to, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away protections the law of your own country gives you.
