Questions people ask
What is an AI drama?
A short drama whose pictures were generated with AI video tools instead of being filmed with actors. On the apps they usually look like animated or painted series, and each episode still runs about a minute.
How do I know if a short drama is AI-generated?
ReelShort says so on each drama's own page, and we repeat its answer on ours. Of the 834 ReelShort dramas whose pages we have read, 361 carry the AI label. The other apps we track do not label it, so we do not guess.
Are AI dramas cheaper to watch?
Not on ReelShort. They are sold the same way as filmed dramas: the first episodes are free and the rest cost coins or a pass. Each drama page shows what it costs to finish.
How many new short dramas are AI-generated?
On ReelShort, 201 of the 221 dramas released in September 2026 carry the AI label, which is 91%. The first labeled drama we have on record was released on Apr 22, 2026.
